Eyes of Ebony
Eyes of Ebony is a group of working women, united in the artful expression of bellydance in all of its wondrous forms. Some in our group are instructors in the world of dance art, while others assist in expanding the community for all dancers to flourish while pursuing their chosen dance form.

From San Antonio, Texas; professional dance ensemble Grupo Folklorico de Bendiciones has been performing for the community, supporting important causes within their community since February 2015. They've appeared on public television stations across Texas and continue to grow and entertain as a blessing for all occasions. Grupo Folklorico de Bendiciones was awarded the Community Entertainment Award by Inspiration 4 Life Worldwide Radio/TV Network; a local, community-based organization.

El Tallercito de Son SATX
El Tallercito de Son SATX is a collective of students, teachers, artist, activists, queers, community organizers, and musicians, who share Son Jarocho with the community of San Antonio through FREE community talleres, or workshops. El Tallercito de Son uses Son Jarocho as a vehicle for social justice and human rights. We are inclusive and everyone is welcome to join us, as we learn, share and live nuestra cultura. For lxs talleristas de El Tallercito, our ultimate mission is to to create community through cultura. El Tallercito creates transnational communities with collectives in Veracruz and throughout Mexico. We are artevistas who bring awareness and raise our voices through music and dance. c/s

GENNIFER ERIKA VELASQUEZ
Gennifer Erika Velasquez is a designer and painter based in San Antonio, Texas. An emerging, self-taught artist; Velasquez enjoys painting outdoors surrounded by the landscape of San Antonio. She expresses her creativity on canvas and through fiber; melding her interest of painting and fashion. She studied Fashion Design and Merchandising at the International Academy of Design and Technology. With an extensive interest in art, fashion, and architecture; Velasquez finds inspiration in cultural icons Frida Kahlo, Joan Jett, Bettie Page, Betsy Johnson, Bansky, along with Mexican traditional art, vintage pop and classic culture as she develops her artistic practice with a passionate intent.
